Cooling and quiet

Perfect for instant cooling. Lightweight and quiet, have used it daily for nearly 2 weeks and haven’t had to charge it yet. Like the option of it folding on to its stand. Thoroughly recommend this fan and the fast, quick service from Torch Direct.

Uv torch

This is an updated review. Having spoken to torch direct they were extremely helpful and would exchange the uv light for a better one over I knew the criteria of the torch I was comparing it with.
I have to say though I was overwhelmed by the customer service of this company. It was good to speak with someone on the phone. I would certainly recommend this company.

Fabulous Headtorch

I have owned Coast head torches before but have found them to be a little front heavy at times when worn all day and working under vehicles. I tried this torch instead and it is much more comfortable for all day wear. The battery life for the light output is outstanding and it charges fairly quickly. My big criticism of the Coast head torches is that you can't get replacement straps for them (at least I have never been able to find them) and I have a head torch that still works perfectly but the strap is knackered, which seems a waste of a torch. Come on Coast, wake up and offer replacement head bands. Highly recommend the torches nevertheless, they are unbeatable, in my opinion.

This is how all online shopping should be!

I have a particular hate for torches where you have to press buttons 20 times just to get some light out of it! This makes it very difficult to pick a torch that fills all my other needs but also can be turned on (and off!) with a single button push!
The product descriptions are excellent (other vendors should think carefully about this point) and go into fine detail about how the torches are operated and how to select different modes that might be available.
On rare occasions where I might still have a query then being able to ask this directly and get informed answers is so refreshing and helpful.

I really wish all online purchases were like this.

The best I have owned

Although I have a rechargeable head torch already that I also bought from Torchdirect and was it was suitable for what I needed at that time, I needed a more powerful torch and having owned an Led lenser before and found it utterly reliable I decided to buy a head torch of the same brand. It was delivered very quickly. I have found my new purchase to be really good. Although it is a bit heavier than my old head torch I soon got used to it and I am more than satisfied.

Excellent Backup Battery

My Nebo torch takes an hour or two to fully charge so these batteries are great because they have their own charging port so you can still use the torch while these are charging via a USB c cable and then have them ready as a spare to use immediately if the battery in the torch runs out whilst you are using it.

I bought this torch as a gift. The recipient thinks it is a great piece of kit. Easy to charge, excellent broad and narrow beams. They think I spent a lot more than I actually did for such a great torch.

There is a reason these guys are so highly rated, Im glad I decided to speak to them about what was apparently a "non fixable" LED Lenser torch. Everywhere else I tried, let me down and tried to sell me a new torch straight away, but I didn't want to give up so easily, so called these guys and I knew straight away I was speaking to the right people. They didn't try to sell me anything, they gave me great advice, they checked my torch, and at first they did say it might be a tricky fix but to let them look into it further, I thought this might be a polite brush off tbh as I had lost faith, but less than an hour later, Stewart in their team called me back and said he has sourced the part (Faith restored). I have since made several purchases from this company, all of which have been superb. Highly recommended and feels good to know i'm supporting a family business, they take exceptional care of you when you need anything, and I will always check out what's new in their store as they update it regularly. In a world that can sometimes feel like its just taking all the time you guys genuinely wanted to help me and that means a lot, thanks for everything Stewart and team.
