A nice useful light

I like the Fenix light very much. It feels tough and solidly built. Bought to use as a headlight on a cap it has a great cap and the adjustable beam angle works really well. Only 150 lumens but it does not feel underpowered. A useful bit of kit and I am certainly very pleased with mine. Obviously the usual perfect perfect service for Torch Direct too....

Nitecore filter fits Ledlenser H7R

I was looking for a red light filter for my Ledlenser H7R Core, the original filters are out of stock everywhere. I came across the Nitecore 40mm attachment here by chance and thought to try it out.
The filter fits exactly over the front ring of the Ledlenser and works a treat.

Recently purchased to try in a variety of devices. I see these as ideal for travelling and camping use or where you don't want to take a seperate charger. So far they have worked fine in several torches (Fenix LD20, Nitecore EA41 & EA1), Braun travel razor and XHData D219 radio. They arrived quick and in use they charge quick (not yet tried charging any via a powerbank). Time will tell on how well they last, but overall quite pleased with them. Supplied case also handy.

Was skeptical about the new rotary switch, but it's intuitive and easy to use.
Battery has smaller capacity 4600 down drom 4800 mAh:( .
