Fenix HM60R V2.0 Rechargeable LED Head Torch

The Fenix HM60R V2.0 is a high-performance rechargeable head torch delivering up to 1600 lumens with a beam distance of up to 170 metres. Compact and robust, it’s designed for demanding outdoor use while remaining comfortable enough for extended wear.

The main spotlight uses a Luminus SST40 Gen 2 white LED, producing a balanced beam with strong centre throw and useful near-field spill. Alongside this is a dedicated neutral white floodlight that provides smooth, wide illumination for close-up tasks and a red LED for preserving night vision or emergency signalling.

A top-mounted slide switch allows you to quickly select between lockout, spotlight or floodlight modes, while a side button is used to cycle through the available brightness levels. From off, the side button also provides direct access to the red LED, making it easy to switch to low-impact lighting without cycling through white outputs. Mode memory remembers the last used brightness (excluding red) for convenience.

Power comes from the included 18650 rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which charges inside the headlamp via the concealed USB-C charging port. A built-in battery and charging indicator clearly displays remaining power and charging status. For added flexibility, the HM60R V2.0 can also run on two CR123A lithium batteries if required.

Built with a lightweight aluminium body for excellent heat dissipation, the HM60R V2.0 is drop tested to 2 metres and fully waterproof to IP68 standards. The adjustable headband is breathable and comfortable with reflective detailing for visibility, while the lamp housing tilts to aim the beam exactly where you need it.

Note: *The turbo mode is measured at total run-time including any reduced output levels due to the temperature regulation design.

Tested in laboratory conditions to ANSI/PLATO FL1 standard using 1 x Fenix 4000 mAh 18650 lithium-ion rechargeable battery under the temperature of 21±3°C and humidity of 50% to 80%. Results may vary between torch, battery and environments.
