It's a well made head torch, with a good dimmer function and the light swivels well. I use it for running and its suits my needs. I have a few other Nebo products and like their build quality.
This really is a beast of a torch it wont be everyone's cup of tea because of the concentrated beam, but if you need to pick something out at long range then this is the light to do. it ,combined with my SRT7i I think I have the perfect combination, also great fast service from Torch Direct.
We bought as a gift and I’m pleased to say that our friend is absolutely delighted with it - she commented how powerful and bright it was. We’re looking forward to seeing it in action when we next see her, now the evenings are darker so much sooner. However, given my experience of my own Ledlenser Torch, the F1 model, I’m sure that their products continue to perform to the highest standards and I will be looking to add another Ledlenser in the near future.
I purchased this Nitrcore NWL20 torch after much research. And decided on this particular model, because of its ability to fit a spare battery and its compact size.
But I'm pretty sure Nite core is not aware of how robust this torch really is. How good, try this. While working in a hotel riser cupboard on the 5th floor, managed knock off its magnetic mount, which sent the little torch cascading down five floors bouncing off flow + return pipework, uni strut, Ac ducting etc, etc. I thought that was the end of it, but when I looked down it was still lit. Retrieved it and amazingly still in one piece and fully operational on all settings. Very recently it has developed intermittent flickering if turned at certain angles. Probably a battle scar from its fall. But I've now rectified this issue completely by adding a 20p coin between top of battery and its securing cover. Worked a treat, can shake as much as you like and the light stays on 100% now without flickering. Well done Nitecore for building a very reliable and robust torch

Sturdy construction, the Pen writes really nice, smooth nib, well crafted with a positive twist to open and retract the pen nib back into the pen, not tried the window breaker but have used the LED light and the brightest setting some how seems impossibly bright for such a small unit. This definitely lights up the path and dark alley ways, the dimest setting is fine reading and the middle setting is ok for looking in the car for dropped bits n bobs, it’s a great bit of kit.
