The Nitecore P40 is a high-performance dual-beam LEP rechargeable torch engineered for maximum distance and precision. Delivering up to 2,000 lumens from five floodlight LEDs and one Class 1 LEP light, it achieves an exceptional beam range of 2,900 metres, making it ideal for search and rescue, hunting, and tactical operations.

Utilising advanced LEP (Laser Excited Phosphor) technology, the P40 emits a tightly focused, uniform beam with minimal spill light. Meeting Class 1 eye safety standards with an emission of less than 0.39 mW, the LEP module ensures both exceptional reach and reliable visibility even through smoke or fog. The torch’s three operating modes, spotlight, floodlight, and mixed provide tailored lighting control, while turbo mode unlocks maximum brightness when paired with a high discharge 21700 battery.

Power comes from the included Nitecore NL2155HP 21700 rechargeable battery, which supports the P40’s 18W USB-C fast charging for a full recharge in around 2 hours and 20 minutes. Intelligent memory recall automatically restores the last used mode and brightness, and an integrated battery indicator provides real-time power updates. The torch can also display precise voltage readings for detailed monitoring.

Built to perform under pressure, the P40 features Nitecore’s Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) system, which adjusts output according to ambient conditions to maintain optimal performance and prevent overheating.
