Tank007 CI02 3 W Ultraviolet LED Torch With Rechargeable Battery & Charger (395 nm)

The Tank007 CI02 is an ultraviolet torch that delivers UV light with a wavelength of 395 nm from a 3 W LED, and is powered by an 18650 lithium-ion battery.

Unlike other UV torches, the CI02 offers a uniform beam of light with no central hotspot, which provides an even light coverage. The beam diameter is 48 cm at a distance of 1 m, 97 cm at a distance of 2 m and 235 cm at a distance of 5 m.

Included is a 3300 mAh rechargeable 18650 lithium-ion battery, which is charged outside of the torch via the included Xtar MC1 Plus battery charger. Plug the USB-A end into a USB source to power on the charger, and then insert the battery into the charging bay paying attention to the correct +/- polarities. The lights on the battery charger will flash in turn until all the bars are solid once the battery is fully charged.

The torch turns on and off with the rubberised tail cap for easy one handed operation. A black filter absorbs 99% of visible light but provides high transmission in the UV wavelength of light that is designed to target the 395 nm wavelength this torch provides.

Constructed of tough T6061 aluminium it is drop resistant up to 1.5 metres and is waterproof to IPX8 rating.
