Ledlenser Type A Helmet Mount for EX4 & iL4

The Ledlenser type A helmet mount is designed to attach the Ledlenser iL4 or EX4 to a helmet or hard hat and fits most helmets and hardhats up to 12 mm thickness.

To attach the mount, using the included allen key, loosen the two screws either side of mount and then insert the U shaped section of the mount onto the peak or brim of the hard hat, with the torch holder facing upwards. Once in place use the allen key to tighten the screw to firmly keep the mount in place.

The torch can now be slotted into the holder and placed at the angle you require thanks to the ball joint that allows easy positioning of the light for the task at hand. If needed the mount can be left on the hard hat and just attach/remove the torch as required.

This mount is a great alternative to stretching the headband of a head torch around your helmet and faffing around with helmet clips.
