Brilliant Torch, Excellent Customer Service

This torch is tiny but solid, in looks, feel and operation.

It has a reassuring weight and great form factor.

The 700 lumens is plenty bright for my uses as a pocket torch, the laser shines for a 'really' long distance and the UV is so bright that it takes me back to a 1980s disco.

The first item I received I had a slight glitch but Torch Direct sorted me out in a couple of days, checking the new torch functionality before shipping.

I'm left thoroughly impressed by both the torch and by the excellent Torch Direct customer service.

Great Little Torch

This Maglite Solitaire is a fantastic little torch with a great LED beam for its size. It suitable for keyrings, or just keeping for emergencies in a pocket or tool box. It fits nicely in the glove box of the car. This torch was delivered quickly and well packaged from Torch Direct.

Great keychain light

I use this on dog walks,for finding the obvious...
It's perfect for the task and is so far undamaged by the keys it is kept with.
The UV light is scary when used in hotel accommodation!
The only thing is that it doesn't have a strobe setting, this is crossed out in the instructions.

Great Customer Service

Excellent website with indepth info on all products. I bought a head torch , a Nitecore HC70 UHE , and had problems with the battery going flat within a couple of days. I emailed Stewart at Torch Direct, he promptly replied and sent details of how to return the product, which was straight forward. Result was , after testing, the Head Torch was causing the battery to be drained. Stewart replaced the torch immediately. All i can say is what fantastic Customer/After Sales service i received. It was a pleasure to do business with Torch Direct and I will continue to do so. Thank you Stewart.

Outstanding Torch

A totally brilliant experience. Website provided detailed & accurate description. Delivery was fast & free. After absorbing the instructions this torch was a delight to use. High quality, smart & surprisingly bright & versatile. Absolute bonus to get the mini torch also. Every time I use this top torch it makes me smile. Only downside is that it is now £20 cheaper than when I purchased it. Get one before they are all gone. Thank you TORCHDIRECT.
