The NightSearcher Explorer 1150 is a rechargeable LED hand held torch with up to 1150 lumens on the boost setting, which can be activated for 30 seconds at a time to provide boosts of powerful light.

The Explorer 1150 offers advanced zoom functionality to provide a sharper, intense focused beam with up to 920 metres range, making it ideal for long-distance visibility without sacrificing clarity. The rotational bezel allows the beam to switch from spot to flood ensuring the Explorer 1150 is perfect for an array of tasks.

With five modes the Explorer 1150 is operated using the push button on the neck of the torch and the twist selector ring. The power button turns the torch on, whilst the selector ring changes between low, mid and high modes. The 1150 lumen boost is accessed by holding the power button, and only lasts for 30 seconds before dropping back into the previous mode. To access SOS mode simply double press the power button.

Powered by a 21700 4000 mAh lithium-ion battery the Explorer 1150 is easily recharged via the USB-C port on the neck of the torch in only 3.5 hours. Additionally the torch can also function as a power bank, perfect for charging other devices while on the go.

Built tough for professionals, the Explorer 1150 is manufactured from super-strong, durable aircraft-grade aluminium and features a IK07 drop resistance rating and is dust and water resistant to IP65 rating.

Great new technology

everything should be usb-c rechargeable. everyone would only need 1 cable. having the charging built into the battery means you don't need to carry a battery charger either. Ideal for those with weight and size restrictions. bought them for my torches when travelling. worth the investment for the convenience. Plus at 4000mAh they hold more charge and last longer. win win. delivery was fast and tracking helped too

Brightest totch I have ever owned

This is a very bright torch with a great range. The brightness can be adjusted which is also useful. Comes in a sturdy hard wearing outer casing which fits nicely into your hand. A great price from Torch Direct.

Brilliant Torch, Excellent Customer Service

This torch is tiny but solid, in looks, feel and operation.

It has a reassuring weight and great form factor.

The 700 lumens is plenty bright for my uses as a pocket torch, the laser shines for a 'really' long distance and the UV is so bright that it takes me back to a 1980s disco.

The first item I received I had a slight glitch but Torch Direct sorted me out in a couple of days, checking the new torch functionality before shipping.

I'm left thoroughly impressed by both the torch and by the excellent Torch Direct customer service.
