These handy Nitecore filters are designed for the Nitecore MT1A, MT1C and MT2A or any torch with a 22.5 mm head diameter.

Blue light is useful for fishing, red light preserves night vision as well as making a good emergency beacon and green light can be used for hunting and map reading.

The red, blue and green coloured filters are made from toughened ultra-clear anti-reflective coated glass lens with heat resistance and high light transmission and the white diffuser filter is made from high grade plastic that also incorporates heat resistance and has maximum light transmission.

Supplied in retail package and includes:
Nitecore 22.5 mm Filter x 1 (either red, green, blue or white, depending upon your selection)

While not listed as compatible by Nitecore these filters fit perfectly on the LA10 camping lantern when in torch mode (with the head retracted).

This does what you'd expect, although it seems very slightly orange to me. That's probably as much to do with the colour temperature of the torch as the filter itself. No issues for my application. One downside with my MT1A is that it spaces the torch off the surface just enough to negate the anti-roll knurling, but because I have the pocket clip on it can only roll so far.

I stay clear of Chinese crap pretend Lucas & Bosch etc. I have had Fenix from Torchdirect in the past & surprise surprise they are good quality & last well. Torchdirect are good to deal with rather than Fleabay.

Still getting used to the head torch, it's replaced a very old one, I think it was an H2 ? This H5 Core is a lot brighter and just as easy to use. The only thing I find a bit difficult is opening the battery case with my arthritic hands.
Price was good as was the delivery time. Its a good torch 🔦!
