Ledlenser iH5 LED Head Torch

The Ledlenser iH5 offers a maximum output of 200 lumens white light from a single high powered LED and has a yellow body design that is the signature style of the industrial series range.

The white light cycles through the two settings of low, high and then off with each press. If in any setting for longer that 5 seconds, the next press will turn the head torch off. The light can be focused from a flood beam to a spot beam by twisting the focusing bezel outwards and the hinged bracket allows the iH5 to be swivelled within a 60° angle so that you can position the light where you need it.

The head torch comes attached to a high quality elastic headband that can be detached to wash, and it also features a rubber band around the inside to help it easily stay on a hard hat and also to help channel sweat away from the eyes. The torch can be taken off the head band and used hands free and also features a pocket clip so it can be attached to clothing or a bag.

The iH5 is powered by a AA alkaline battery which is included, but it can also use a AA NiMH rechargeable battery or 14500 lithium-ion rechargeable battery (the run-times will be different when using different battery types). The battery is installed by removing the torch from the headband bracket, which is eased open at the right hand side. Then using the pocket clip, twist the cover clockwise to the unlocked position and pop the battery cover off, which comes away with the pocket clip.

The battery level indicator on the When the battery level is low the light will blink four times to notify the user to change the battery, or charge it if you intend to use a rechargeable type.
