Goal Zero Skylight Telescoping Area Light

£349.98

The Goal Zero Skylight is a customisable, rechargeable and portable area light which can illuminate up to 300 feet and has an output of up to 6000 lumens plus four different outputs.

The Skylight features a telescopic pole which allows you to set the exact height needed up to 12.5 feet, plus the six individual LED light petals can be moved up and down 180° making the light completely customisable to any situation.

To set up the Skylight, choose a flat surface and unscrew the lid on the carry case to remove the light. Ensure the Skylight is properly secured and avoid using in windy conditions. Lift the LED light petals and detach the cable clip from the cable, rotating the hook to release it. As the light extends, the cord will pull through the hole. With one hand, grip the light directly above the handle and with the other hand press the button on the handle. Then pull down until the Skylight locks into place.

Adjust each individual tripod leg by opening the lever to extend the leg to the desired height and then close the lever. Secure the Skylight with the U-shaped stakes attached to the bottom of the tripod legs. To remove them from the tripod legs, pull up then away, then insert into the holes at the foot of the tripod at an angle. For additional stability, attach a heavy object to the hook at the centre of the tripod. Adjust the light petals to your preferred angle and adjust the height of the Skylight by opening the top lever on the pole, extend to the desired height then close the lever. Continue to each lever after as required, the cord will pull through the hole as you extend.

Once the Skylight is set up it is ready for use. The Skylight can run from the internal battery at reduced outputs and run-times, for optimum use connect the Skylight to your Goal Zero Yeti or your cars 12V port. The wired remote controls the Skylight, press and hold to turn on or off. Once on each press cycles through the low, medium, high and boost. The boost output requires an external power source.

A built-in lithium-ion battery powers the Skylight and will automatically re-charge while plugged into a Yeti power station or a car 12V port. The battery indicator on the wired remote shows the internal battery level.

To take down the Skylight, turn off the light and unplug from any external power sources. Carefully open the bottom lever lever on the pole to collapse the light and repeat with the above levers. The Skylight may collapse quickly if not secured when the levers are released. Remove the stakes form the feet of the tripod and secure them back on the legs of the tripod. Then press the button on the handle to collapse the tripod. Collapse all extended legs by opening the lever the closing to secure and wrap the cord around the hook. Finally fold the LED petals back down and inset back into the case feet first.

The Skylight is the perfect addition for camping trips, area lighting or even social gathering.
