UniLite MTB-5300 Rechargeable & Mains Powered Industrial LED Work Light

The Unilite MTB-5300 is a ultra bright site light with a maximum output of 5300 lumens from a 50 W COB LED and has the ability to be either mains powered or use rechargeable batteries as well as offering a 2 A power bank output.

To turn the light on or off press the circle switch on the back of the unit and then press again to cycle through the four output modes of eco, low, medium and high. If left on in any mode for over 5 seconds the next press will turn the unit off. When turned on again the output mode will be the last used setting.

The MTB-5300 includes a 24V 2.7A power lead which can be used alone to power the unit as a mains lamp. Alternatively you are able to power the unit using batteries. If using the Unilite 14.8V 5.2Ah battery the power lead will charge the battery internally. However you are also able to use a multitude of batteries as the MTB-5300 comes with 4 different adaptors for multiple different batteries, these batteries will need charging externally with their usual charging method. When changing the batteries or adaptor never lay the light face down on the lens as this can cause damage and the unit may be hot. Instead rotate the light around 180 degrees on its stand so it is facing upside down and change from this position. 

While charging the charging indicators on the back will display charging progress with one light flashing to start with before becoming solid and the next light flashing until eventually all LEDs are solid. The power lead and all compatible batteries will also provide power to the portable power bank port which enables other devices to be charged while using the lamp. Simply plug a USB-A charger into the port which is located below the circle switch.

It is made from a super tough nylon and aluminium construction, with a fluorescent yellow centre and also features a a glow in the dark strip around the reflector for increased visibility. It has an IP65 rating although please note that when using some larger 6A batteries the cover may not fit, which will reduce the IP rating.

A rotating stand is tucked away at the back which features holes to attach tripods or magnets and a handle allows for easy transportation of the light unit.
