These holders were originally designed for pilots, but they are also great for camping, boating, travel or at home.

If on the go and replacing batteries, you can use your battery holder to store the 'dead' cells upside down so that you don't get them mixed up with the new ones!

I have a number of these battery holders, in various sizes (AA, AAA, C, etc), and they work well. Batteries clip in effectively and can be pushed out when needed. If using rechargeables you can have charged batteries "up" and discharged ones "down" to indicate status. Would recommend. Torch Direct's service is always excellent; I have used them many times.

Let there be light!

This useful set of lighting units - four of them - are each connected to a control-cum-battery unit, the battery being rechargeable. They are constructed from good quality alloy, and other materials for the bendy parts. They have a reassuring quality feel about them. A nice touch is that you can have the control unit engraved, say, with your initials.
Although I have not used any of the components "in anger" as yet, it is good to have a set of different lighting units for different purposes.
