Nitecore TSL10i Tail Cap with Signal Light

The Nitecore TSL10i is a tail cap featuring a built in multi coloured signal light that is ideally suited to signalling and visibility purposes, and is designed for the Nitecore i-Generation torches only.

Compatible models include the i4000R, P10i, P20i and can be installed by removing the original tail cap and replacing with the TSL10i.

It included four sets of colour LEDs with a total of 5 different flashing modes that comprise of blue flashing, red flashing, green flashing, white flashing and alternating red / blue police warning flashing. The different colours can be useful in a number of applications, such as in law enforcement for team member identification and position, or even as a safety light for aiding visibility to other road users on dark roads.

The circular tail button and mode lever switch will provide normal function of the torch with on/off and momentary operation with the power button and Strobe Ready function with the mode button. The signal lights are controlled with the silica gel button on the side of the tail switch, and can be turned on/off with a long press of the button. Once the tail light is on, hold it down to cycle through the outputs and then released once you reach the desired setting. The memory mode will recall the last used signal light colour when it is next turned back on for convenience.

Run times are based on being attached to a torch that has a 21700 5000 mAh lithium-ion battery and only the tail light signals in use. Tested in laboratory conditions, results may vary in real world use depending on battery and environmental conditions.
