Ledlenser iW2R Laser Rechargeable LED Inspection Light

The Ledlenser iW2R laser is a dual function inspection light offering a front main flood light with 150 lumens maximum output and also a red 1 mW class 2 laser pointer.

The main flood light has two outputs of high / low and the laser has a single output. The torch is operated with the rubberised push button on the back of the light, with each press the light cycles through the flood low, flood high and off. The laser is activated by pressing and holding the button (activating after 2 seconds so that it doesn't come on straight away if the button is accidentally held) for momentary operation and will turn off when the button is released. The laser can be used from off or while the white light is on.

Utilising a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, the iW2R laser provides a run-time of up to 1 hour, 30 minutes on the highest setting and is easily charged back up using the supplied USB charging cable. Simply insert the circular end of the cable into the charging port located on the base of the torch, then plug the USB end straight into a computer USB port, or into a USB mains/car adaptor. A red LED indicator below the flood light will illuminate to show charging is in progress and turn green once charging is complete.

Either edge of the iW2R laser features a handy ruler, with inches on one side and centimetres on the other. It measures up to 10 cm or 4 inches, which is perfect for small jobs when quickly checking measurements. Another useful feature is the pocket clip, which is particularly good when combined with the outward facing flood light for hands free use.

It is made from aluminium and tough plastics, which gives it the lightweight design weighing only 50 grams. It is rated to IP20 standard, so has some resistance to solids, however it has no protection against liquids, so cannot be used in wet conditions.
