Latest Delivery Information
All services operating at normal timescales.
We dispatch all orders received by 3 pm on the same day. This applies from Monday to Friday only. Any order received after that time will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note: We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
If you place your order now, it will leave our warehouse on 2021.
Royal Mail 1st Class
This delivery method is only for small items that comply with Royal Mail's Large Letter format, therefore you will not see this as an option if the item is too big to travel via the Large Letter service.
Royal Mail Tracked
Delivery time for this method is 2 to 4 days on average. The parcel is tracked through the postal network from door to door. If no one is in to receive the package, it can be collected from your local Royal Mail office which will be identified on a card your postman will post though your door, or if you prefer, you can re-arrange delivery by calling the telephone number on the card.
UPS (Mainland UK only)
This delivery method is recommended if your order is required more urgently and will also be the default option if your order contains any lithium batteries that are not contained within equipment. The delivery time for this method is guaranteed 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. A signature will be required and if no one is in to receive and sign for the package you will receive a card from the driver with all the information that you need. Please note: Saturday & Sunday are not considered as working days by UPS.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
This delivery method is recommended if your order is urgent. Delivery is guaranteed during the next working day after dispatch. A signature will be required and if no one is in to receive the package, it can be collected from your local Royal Mail office which will be identified on a card your postman will post though your door, or if you prefer, you can re-arrange delivery by calling the telephone number on the card. The charge for this service is weight dependant and will be dynamically calcualated & displayed on the shopping basket page. Please note: This next day service is for Monday to Friday deliveries only.
Royal Mail Saturday Delivery
This delivery method is recommended if your order is required to be delivered on a Saturday. Delivery is guaranteed on Saturday. A signature will be required and if no one is in to receive the package, it can be collected from your local Royal Mail office which will be identified on a card your postman will post though your door, or if you prefer, you can re-arrange delivery by calling the telephone number on the card. The charge for this service is weight dependant and will be dynamically calcualated & displayed on the shopping basket page.
Non Mainland UK Delivery
You may see this option if your order partly or fully contains lithium batteries that are not contained within the item we are shipping. If your postcode is not part of the Mainland UK for postal purposes then we will determine the best way to send your item(s) and in some cases we may have to cancel the order or offer an alternative solution, this is because Royal Mail and couriers have strict rules regarding the transport of lithium batteries and in the case of couriers certain regions of the UK have increased shipping costs.
