Olight Archer Rechargeable LED Torch

The Olight Archer throws their signature look out the window with this new sleek cubic design that produces a long range square beam.

It is capable of 1000 lumens output on the high setting, before dropping down to 470 lumens after 1 minute, and then after a further 2 hours 40 minutes the output will drop again to 300 lumens to prevent the LED from overheating.

The Archer adopts a high power LED like that of a projector and features a PMMA optical lens and a glass optical lens are collimated to create an even and focused square beam. With a 535 metre distance throw, the beam is clearly defined with a golden outline to define the target illuminated area.

It is powered using a built-in 5000 mAh lithium-ion battery, which is recharged inside the torch using the included MCC3 magnetic charging cable. Simply connect the magnet to the base of the Archer and plug the USB end into a computer or the mains using a suitable USB adaptor (2 A recommended for fastest charging). The indicator light on the magnet will go red while charging is in progress and turn green once charging is complete after approximately 5 hours if the power supply is sufficient enough to support the 2 A output, otherwise the cable will output at a lower rate or 1 A or 1.5 A depending on the power supply.

The multi-function side-switch turns the torch on and off with each press and cycles through the brightness modes of low, mid and high when you hold down the button with the light on. For strobe access you triple click the button and moonlight mode can be accessed by holding the button down for 1 second while the light is off.

When the light is turned on the battery level indicator below the button will illuminate. A green light indicates above 75% power, an orange light indicates between 30%-75% power, a red light indicates between 10%-20% powers and a red blinking light indicates less than 10% power and the torch should be charged.

A handy lockout function prevents the torch from being accidentally activated and is accessed by pressing and holding the side switch for 2 seconds. The moonlight mode will briefly flash and the light will be locked out, displaying only the red indicator if the button is pressed. To exit lockout press and hold the button down for over 1 second.

For easy and convenient carrying the Archer comes supplied with a custom designed square shape plastic holster so that it can be carried on belt.
