BioLite SunLight 100 Rechargeable LED Solar Power Light

The BioLite SunLight 100 is a rechargeable pocket lantern with an integrated solar panel to charge it up, perfect for life in the outdoors.

Three lighting modes of white light, single colour and multicoloured light are available, and can be cycled through with single presses of the button located on the top of the light.

In white mode you can dim the output to reach the perfect output by pressing and holding the button down, and it will flash when it reaches the highest or lowest point, with 100 lumens being the maximum output. In single colour mode the output will be a solid colour on the available spectrum (blue, purple, pink, red, orange yellow & green), and this colour can be changed by holding down the button and releasing on the desired colour.

Lastly is the multicolour mode, which gradually cycles through all the colours for a multicolour party. The last used white brightness setting, or single colour selection will be remembered next time the lantern is turned back on.

Once the light is turned off the battery status will be indicated by the light briefly flashing either green, yellow or red. Once red is reached it is advised to charge the lantern as soon as possible and only white mode will be available when the battery level drops below 10% charge.

Charging the built-in 750 mAh lithium-ion battery can be done either via the integrated solar panel on the back of the light, or via the micro USB port on the bottom edge which can be revealed by lifting the dust cover (micro USB cable not included). The top corner of the solar panel features a sundial, so you can easily see where the light is shining through the hole, and you can angle the SunLight 100 accordingly to get the light to shine on the correct spot for optimal charging position. Charging via solar panel takes approximately 7 hours, or only 2 hours via the micro USB port.

The 360° rotational handle aids as a kickstand for angling the solar panel for the best charging position, as well as for when in use with the light turned on. It is also great for hanging the light up and even features a little hanging clip, and can be rotated to sit in front of the power button, which helps prevent accidental activation in transit.

Please Note: The light will be in demo mode upon arrival and will cycle through the modes then turn off when the button is pressed, please hold down the button for 10 seconds and it will exit demo mode for normal use.
