Olight Warrior X Turbo Rechargeable LED Torch

The Olight Warrior X Turbo is the latest edition to the Warrior series, and unlike it's brothers it is more geared towards a long throw beam, offering a maximum beam range of 1000 metres thanks to the large head, smooth reflector and tight hotspot.

Utilising a high power white LED, the Warrior X Turbo has an output of 1100 lumens on high, which drops to 600 lumens after 6.5 minutes use to prevent the LED from overheating. It also retains the signature design features of the Warrior X series, such as the vibration battery indicator, aggressive appearance, silicon tactical ring and the option to use a magnetic remote switch.

The tactical tail switch is the same design as the Odin, and provides strong magnetism and allows for easy operation while wearing gloves and due to the raised button, but without compromising accidental activation thanks to the three raised struts that not only preventing it easily turning on but also allow for tail stand capability. The Warrior X Turbo is also compatible with the same pressure switch as the Odin, which connects to the tail switch magnetically (pressure switch not included), rather than having to unscrew the tail cap and replace it, which makes it much more efficient.

And if all that wasn't enough already, the warrior X Turbo features the innovative low battery level warning function in the form of a subtle vibration within the torch, rather than a light, making it much more stealthy.

The low power vibration feature will notify you at the following power levels:
Power ≤20% - vibrate once every 5 minutes
Power ≤10% - vibrate once per minute
Power ≤5% - vibrate once every 10 seconds

The customised 21700 lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh is recharged inside the torch using the included MCC3 magnetic charging cable. This new design charging cable charges the battery faster thanks to the 2 A output capability of the MMC3 cable (the warrior X Turbo is not compatible with any other MCC cable).

Simply connect the magnet to the base of the Warrior X Turbo and plug the USB end into a computer or the mains using a suitable USB adaptor (5 V 2 A recommended for fastest charging). The indicator light on the magnet will go red while charging is in progress and turn green once charging is complete.

The tail switch controls all operations and will access constant low with a quick half press, or momentary low with a half press and hold. Constant high is accessed with a quick deep press or momentary high is activated with a deep press and hold. Single press the button again to turn the torch off.

A tactical aluminium anti-roll ring comes fitted on the torch, along with a pocket clip that is useful for attaching the torch to a pocket or clothing when not in use, however if you aren't bothered about using the pocket clip, you can remove the aluminium anti-roll ring and pocket clip and put the included silicone tactical grip ring in it's place. Unscrew the tail cap, lift off the metal ring, pop off the pocket clip and then simply slide the silicone grip over the end with the wider side first, followed by the O-ring, and once fully pushed down screw the tail cap back on. The rubber ring provides a comfortable grip making operation of the tail switch easy.

A lanyard is included and can be attached to the aluminium tactical ring for secure carrying. Also included for easy carry is a sturdy nylon holster with a belt loop that uses a pop stud closure.

Please note: *The high setting after 6 minutes, 30 seconds run-time will decrease to 600 lumens to protect the LED from overheating, and will drop a couple more times if use is continued.
