Energizer Vision HD Focus Metal Rechargeable LED Torch

The Energizer Vision HD metal is a sturdy rechargeable torch that can produce a maximum output of 1000 lumens from three white LEDs.

It is powered by a 26650 5000 mAh lithium-ion battery that is built into the torch and is charged via the charging port on the neck of the torch. Lift the dust cover to reveal the micro USB charging port and plug in the supplied micro USB cable to charge via a computer/laptop or via the mains/car with a suitable USB adaptor (not included). Next to the micro USB port there is also a standard USB port to charge external devices such as a phone or tablet allowing the torch to be used as a power bank.

The Vision HD offers preset two brightness settings and strobe which are cycled through with each press of the button. The high and low outputs can both be dimmed for a lower output than the preset level but holding down the button with the light already on. As the light dims the digital focus also activates and dims the two top LEDs with the smooth reflector so that the bottom LED with the textured lens stay bright, thus taking the torch from a focused hot spot to more of a flood lighting.

Switching between modes is simple and is done by holding down the button while the torch is off. While holding the button the light will blink once to indicated mode 1 after 10 seconds, blink twice to indicate mode 2 after 13 seconds and blink three times to indicate mode 3 after 16 seconds. Once you have reached the setting you desire, release the button and the light will stay in this mode until you change it again.
