The Unilite ATEX-H2 is an intrinsically safe head torch for use in hazardous locations with an output of 225 lumens using a Cree LED.
Two modes of high and low are available, and are controlled with a single large easy press switch which is useful for when you're wearing gloves.
Powered by three AAA alkaline batteries which are secure in the safety locking battery compartment, that requires a hex key to open for ATEX standard conformity.
The 90° rotational head allows you to direct the light up and down to where you require it the most and it can offer a maximum beam range of 115 metres in high mode.
The durable synthetic industrial rubber construction allows for 1 metre impact resistance, while the adjustable rubberised headbands give a comfortable, non-slip fit.
