WMB Nice torch, needs securing!Friday, 16 March 2012 - David Bought one, its a nice torch, bright, sleek, various functions. But for a premium model its really let down by not having a D-ring to attach a lanyard. Torch is quite smooth and in greasy hands could easily slip out your hand. If using it at work you dont really want to be thinking about not losing your torch whilst searching for people/items. May be more suited for use around the home/garden where its more confined. Kept mine for use at home. I would recommend looking at the LED Lenser MT7, very similar to this torch, has a focusable beam, and a lanyard/belt clip. Purchased one and found it more suited for my needs for work. Whichever torch you choose make sure you buy from Torch Direct - their service is 1st class! Excellent well featured torch, easy to use after reading the instructions "fully" and quite incredibly bright. Would benefit from some sort of hook/ring for attaching a lanyard/strap. I would purchase a holster if one became available. Superb Torch - Needs a D RingMonday, 23 January 2012 - Barry Can't fault the Torch in any way apart from it needs a small D Ring at the end somewhere to secure it, unless you've got 3 hands. Torch Direct's engraving facility definitely tipped the balance to buy from this site. I am more than pleased with the results. 5 Stars for the Company - Speedy Delivery (less than 48 hours from ordering), Well Packaged and the 20 characters of engraving very reasonably priced was the icing on the cake. It's quite smooth and could be very easily lost.
This really should come with a small hook in the end and a strap. Great torch, very bright and fits nicely in the hand.
