Product Description

Welcome to the benchmark in D-cell flashlights, the Fenix TK60 XM-L.

With a blistering 800 lumens output, huge 476 metre throw, impressive 400hr emergency run time (10 lumens), and the option to use 3 x D-batteries in short format or 4 batteries with included extender for maximum performance, TK60 sets the standard for security personnel, search and rescue, household and automotive use.

The Fenix dual switch system offers convenient operation of the four lighting levels plus stobe and SOS modes, Whilst the latest digital constant current circuitry provides outstanding regulation and energy efficiency for non dimming output and long run times.

High capacity rechargeable batteries are recommended for best performance and the included carry strap spreads the load during lengthy usage.

Accurate ANSI performance figures (tested using 9000mAh NiMH batteries). Please note, alkaline batteries will offer considerably reduced run times.

I recently got the Led Lenser M14 as my first professional torch, I was impressed with that however started to think about higher lumen levels and boy this certainly delivers them. with 800 lumens and a battery life of 2.5hrs on turbo mode excellent. I'm glad i bought this and now thinking off getting a higher powered one, so that i have one for every occasion. The torch direct service was also first class as usual. the free led key ring lights are a nice touch too, handy when looking about the car late at night.

I purchased the TK60 to replace my duty issued Maglite D-cell and couldn't be more pleased. The TK60 has great build quality for such a low priced light and is soaking up all the punishment I can throw at it. Aside from my issued Maglite I have only ever owned Surefire products so was slightly apprehensive about stepping down the price ladder, but I can safely say that after the TK60 I will definitely buy Fenix again! The 800 lumens do just what they're meant to do and really come into their own when thrown over a distance. This is a big and hefty torch but the removable extension tube gives even more flexibility and when removed the TK60 will fit perfectly on a duty belt. The only issue I had was trying to find a sheath/holster for this light. There seem to be none available besides the Mexpedition universal sheath which is two small to really fit my 2.5'' duty belt. I have however been able to adapt my Maglite holster to take the TK60...it is a bit of a tight squeeze (with the head being a couple of mm wider than a Maglite) but this is slacking off with extended use.

All in all the TK60 a fantastic product that I would recommend to anyone wanting a heavy duty patrol light with a high output, excellent throw and long battery life.
